Rhythmic Movements can often help with:-
- Learning challenges e.g reading, writing, comprehension
- Co-ordination e.g. difficulties in P.E., hand eye co-ordination catching a ball,
- Fine motor control e.g. holding a pen
- Concentration cannot stay on a task, quickly distracted
- Quickly forgets instructions
- Low self esteem
- Poor posture without a medical cause
- Motivational issues
- Difficulty making decisions
- Cannot keep attention
- Unable to solve problems
- Unable to keep to deadlines
- Restless, fidgety, unable to relax
- Poor social skills
- Interrupts in conversations
