Rhythmic Movements can often help with:-

  • Learning challenges e.g reading, writing, comprehension
  • Co-ordination e.g. difficulties in P.E., hand eye co-ordination catching a ball,
  • Fine motor control e.g. holding a pen
  • Concentration cannot stay on a task, quickly distracted
  • Quickly forgets instructions
  • Low self esteem
  • Poor posture without a medical cause
  • Motivational issues
  • Difficulty making decisions
  • Cannot keep attention
  • Unable to solve problems
  • Unable to keep to deadlines
  • Restless, fidgety, unable to relax
  • Poor social skills
  • Interrupts in conversations
